Each piece is handmade, primarily from man-made boards, with a choice of finishes: luxury high-gloss polished lacquer, or semi-matt laminate (like Formica). The high-gloss finish is achieved by heavily priming the boards to create a smooth, flat surface. next we apply 8 - 10 coats of incredibly tough, high-grade, two-pack lacquer, sanding between coats.
