We monitor quality throughout the production process allowing us to minimize the occurrence of defective products. Our quality control personnel monitor not only product quality, but also factory working conditions. We deal directly with the factory which is apparent in our great prices and production flexibility.

Our operations are guided by ethical principles. We demand and ensure that our production process meets not only high quality standards but also adheres to widely held ethical norms. Regular monitoring of workplace conditions in our production country ensures that our standards are enforced. We mandate that our factories follow local laws as well as international norms relating to workplace conditions and human rights.

We do not use forced or child labor in our production. We monitor to ensure that factory workers are treated with respect and that they are not subject to physical, sexual or psychological harassment or abuse.
