We are a producer of jams and relishes. We use as many locally-grown ingredients as possible, which we source personally from nearby growers. Our jams are made from farm-fresh, whole fruit – we do not use any frozen or processed fruit pulps. We do not rely on artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and most of our products are gluten-free. We can also design and manufacture a range of products for our customers own brand. We have teamed up with several brands like Growers Market, Milkbar Townbeach, Cassegrain Gourmet, The Company Farm, Murrays Craft Brewing Co, Hallidays Gourmet, Near River Produce, The Corner Restaurant, Ricardoes, Bent On Food, East Coast Gourmet Foods, Wiggly Tail and Munster St Quality Meats to manufacture their range.
