To meet this challenge we turned our business over to high volume production of part-baked breads, patisserie and doughnuts. These products are quick frozen and conveniently packed for distribution into food service outlets. Such is the success of this concept that we now have three sites consisting of twelve high output, state of the art production lines each with automated packing and freezing facilities. We have storage for several thousand pallets and distribution throughout UK and Europe. Our production facilities are EFSIS approved and we operate an ISO9002 quality system.
